During Basic Nepal Tour, you will visit Pashupatinath Temple, Buddha Stupa, and Bhaktapur Durbar Square. These Durbar Squares are located inside the Kathmandu Valley. Kathmandu is a beautiful valley surrounded by green hills. The valley includes three main cities of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Patan (Lalitpur).

Visit World Heritage Sites inside the Kathmandu Valley

Most of the 7 UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Nepal are located inside the Kathmandu valley, and they are the most popular. Kathmandu is an excellent tour point where travelers can visit from different perspectives. Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, has a long history of cultural diversity that will give you a chance to appreciate its fascinating architectural heritage. The Kathmandu Valley has its own artistic, architectural, and historical background from which Nepali art and culture were developed and refined.

On the first day of the Basic Nepal Tour, you are picked up from the airport and taken to the hotel where you can be refreshed and free. On the second day, get ready for sightseeing. At the beginning of the Basic Nepal Tour, you visit Pashupatinath temple, one of the important religious sites for Shiva devotees. Built-in the 5th century, this ancient temple is the holiest Hindu pilgrimage site in Nepal. Only those of the Hindu faith can enter the main Pashupatinath courtyard.

Bouddhanath Stupa – The Center of Tibetan Culture

The second destination after Pashupatinath’s visit is Bouddhanath. The Bouddhanath Stupa is the center of Tibetan culture. This Stupa is one of the largest stupas in the world with a height of 36 meters. Bouddhanath was founded in the fifth century by the Nepali Licchavi king Shivadev and has been renovated from time to time. Then the next destination for sightseeing in Bhaktapur Durbar Square located in the center of Bhaktapur

Square is one of the most charming and finest architectural showpieces of the medieval art of Nepal. The Lion Gate, the Golden Gate, the monolithic statues of the kings, the Fifty-five Window Palace, etc. are the main attractions of the Square. Durbar square is a group of temples and palaces built in pagoda and shikhara style using bricks and wood.

Spring and autumn are the best times for Baic Nepal Tour. But this short and easy tour inside the valley you can do at any time of the year. Make your short visit to Nepal an unforgettable moment of life with a unique experience of art and culture.
